For a medium-sized dog (15-20kg), this provides approximately 10-14 days of meals when feeding fresh food exclusively. If you're transitioning from kibble, we recommend mixing fresh food with their current food over 7-10 days, which means the bundle could support a longer transition period. The feeding guide will give you exact portions for your dog's size.

Keep portions frozen until ready to use (-18°C for up to 3 months). Thaw overnight in the refrigerator — never at room temperature. Once thawed, portions stay fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days. Serve at room temperature for optimal palatability. For picky eaters, you can add a splash of warm water to release aromas. 

 Fresh food is naturally more appealing to dogs than kibble: the aromas, textures, and flavours are much closer to what dogs instinctively want to eat. Yes! We deliver to all seven emirates—Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain—seven days a week. Dubai customers can choose from six daily time slots between 6am and 9pm. Other emirates have morning delivery windows. The Fresh Start Bundle includes free delivery, and all orders ship in temperature-controlled packaging to keep food frozen during transit.
